As part of our trainee program, you’ll gain insight into Saubermacher’s core areas of business, build a broad base of knowledge and a network in the waste management industry, and receive guidance from experts.
You can expect a rotation program that includes two months of international experience.

Many colleagues have advanced within the company, either in technical roles or in leadership positions – ranging from expert roles to department heads or executive management.
We provide support through numerous initiatives, such as our apprentice network, the Apprentice Academy, and apprentice events. Your supervisor, the Human Resources Development team, and the person in charge of apprentice training will be in regular contact with you and will support you not only during your apprenticeship but also while you’re attending vocational school and in your personal development.
