FAQ
You can apply online directly for a specific position, submit a speculative application, or apply via WhatsApp.
Enter your personal information, such as your name and email address, and upload your application documents.
We need your preferred location, your desired job, an email address or phone number, and information about your experience and skills. For some positions, we’d appreciate it if you could provide certificates or documents such as your driver’s license.
If you’re applying for an apprenticeship, we’ll need your certificates. We also reserve the right to request certificates for driver positions or expert roles, if necessary.
Feel free to contact us directly at any time during the application process and send us your updated information.

That depends on the position – we don’t have an official dress code. You should feel comfortable during the interview. You’re welcome to tailor your outfit to the role.
Onboarding is tailored to your specific role – we’ll be happy to provide you with details as the application process progresses.
Feel free to use AI for your application – whether in your resume, cover letter, for research, or to prepare for an interview. But during your interview with us (online or in person), we’d prefer to do without AI. That’s because we want to get to know you personally.
At Saubermacher, we use AI exclusively as a tool to make our HR work a bit more efficient: for creative brainstorming and diverse perspectives, and for clear, understandable wording.
Here’s what AI doesn’t do at our company:
- It doesn’t make decisions about applicants,
- it doesn’t pre-screen candidates, and
- it doesn’t send automated invitations or rejections.
With us, you’ll always be in contact with experienced recruiters and subject matter experts—in other words, with people who can truly see and assess you.
