Saubermacher focuses on diversity: almost 40% of women in leadership and management positions

On International Women's Day, the company is highlighting the importance of equal opportunities in key positions. With just under 40 per cent of women in management positions, Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG (without holdings) is well above the Austrian average. According to the platform fraufuhren.at, this figure currently stands at just over 30 per cent. This success is a reflection of consistent diversity management and shows that an open corporate culture promotes sustainable growth.

Equal pay for equal work

Saubermacher also attaches particular importance to fair remuneration. Since 2023, the company has effectively reduced the gender pay gap to zero by introducing the Employee Salary Model (AGM). This model ensures transparent and fair salary structures that focus on performance and qualifications. Saubermacher is thus sending a clear signal for equal rightsand reaffirms its pioneering role in the area of diversity and fairness in the workplace.
